I just read an article in the Denver Post (linked here). It notated what they thought were the hottest areas in the Denver real estate maket. With areas like Lowrey, Hampden south/Southmoor Park and the Overland area all approaching a 40% median price in crease this year in the houses. How can the market keep going. I assume the housing market is going to drive lower income professionals to take jobs in other cities that are not so expensive.
Either way, per an article in the Colorado Real Estate Journal, there are no indications it will stop any time soon.
